Dear Karalynn,

Your blessing day was so special.  There's not much else I can say.  It brought together so many wonderful people and gave me some special memories that I'm not sure will ever be repeated again.  You have blessed our lives already so much in your short time here.  I am so grateful to have you.  I love you so much!

Our good friend Cheri recorded your blessing as your Daddy gave it to you that morning in church.

Our Dear Heavenly Father, by the power of the Mechizedek Priesthood, we take this infanct in our arms and give her a name and a blessing and the name she will be known as is Karalynn Joy Thurston.

Karalynn, at this time we'd like to give you a blessing that you will earn and grow and continue to bring joy to your brothers and sister, to your cousins, to your grandparents and to all those around you.  You are a special daughter of your Father in Heaven and He loves you very much.  He has great things in store for you.  You are a strong sister in the kingdom.  We bless you to find a young man to take you to the temple and to be a mother in Zion. 

Karalynn, we bless you with knowledge to know how much y ou are loved, that you will learn from your family and extended family.  We bless you to return that love and all those things that He sees fit to bless you with, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
